Role overview

We are looking for Group Warranty Manager to lead and develop the Citygate Warranty Team and their processes. You will be required to audit and monitor warranty claims across the business in accordance with manufacturer and dealership procedures, namely to ensure overall compliance and justification of warranty submissions.

Key responsibilities

As a Group Warranty Manager your key responsibilities will be to:

• To conduct and document internal warranty audits across dealerships to verify compliance with the given brands Warranty Manual?
• To introduce an audit platform that monitors compliance achievement and improvement factors
• To produce action reports to identify areas of noncompliance or shortfall in standard / process and to identify and implement timely actions for improvement
• To assist and be actively involved in external warranty audits
• To proactively review warranty documents submitted with aim to maintain high standards and minimise claim rejections (I,e job cards and reports)
• To reconcile and monitor credit notes received from manufacturer
• To review common issues relating to rejections and make necessary amendments to process prior to re-submission
• To hold responsibility for the group warranty operations and be the main contact for external auditors
• To create an environment that promotes the continual improvement of quality and warranty standards, the achievement of business objectives and a commitment to personal development
