HR Coordinator
Citygate Head Office, Marlow
Open to a standard five-day working week. Applications from candidates seeking a four-day week will also be considered.
Role overview
We're looking for a reliable and organised HR Coordinator to compliment our dynamic People Team, providing general HR support across a range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a CIPD Qualification with good HR experience, be detail-oriented, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism. This position is primarily based at our modern Head Office in Marlow, with occasional travel required to our Dealerships as needed by the business.
Key responsibilities
As a HR Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:
- To manage employee offboarding procedures (processing resignation acceptances, payroll reporting, leaver file archiving and workflow management).
- Support processing contractual amendments for employees changing roles across the group, ensure these are managed in a timely manner and accordingly through payroll.
- Support with collation of Payroll documents (Starters, Leavers and Amendments) on a monthly basis and submit to our Payroll department for processing by a set deadline.
- To assist with Employee Relations administration and note taking when necessary at our sites across Citygate.
- To support the team conducting exit interviews where required.
- Schedule and support management of the monthly induction and other training events at our internal training academy. Support management of the companies e-learning platforms.
- Control all personnel administration and data within a secure system to ensure all documents are effectively stored in line with GDPR.
- To support the onboarding process where required in the absence leave of other People team members.
- To Maintain and administer the HR System ADP, offering colleague support where required.
- To offer support to our colleagues across the group through our shared HR services inbox with general queries.
- To support the People team with wider group projects such as administration of the Personal Development Review process, engagement surveys, Apprentice Scheme coordination.
- To contribute to the People Team delivery of the People Agenda.
About You
For the HR Coordinator role, you will need to possess the below skills and attributes:
- CIPD qualified (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in using multiple software systems
- Solid HR Knowledge and Experience
- People-Oriented and Approachable
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Have up to date knowledge on all current employee legislation.
