Role overview 

Citygate Automotive are looking for a MOT Tester to carry out MOT testing to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities 

Your key responsibilities as a MOT Tester will be to:

• Carry out MOT Testing in line with DVSA guidelines
• Supporting the team and assisting with servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance
• Carry out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required

About You 

As a MOT Tester, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

• Hold a current valid MOT License
• Be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification
• Hold a full driving license
• Have a willingness to assist with servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance
• Have a successful track record in a workshop environment
• Be trained in all aspects of vehicle maintenance
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality
