Parts Supervisor
Role overview
Citygate Automotive are looking for a Parts Supervisor to join the team to oversee our Parts Department.
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Parts Supervisor will be to:
· Co-ordinate the receipt and return of manufacturers goods
· Ensure goods received are dispatch or stocked on a daily basis
· Ensure that all stock is received, checked and properly stored
· Ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly binned and accurately recorded
· Select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficiently
· Order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Aftersales Manager
· Ensure that the parts departments records are kept up to date
· Maintain accurate cash and credit controls

About You
To become a Parts Supervisor at Citygate Automotive, we are looking for candidates that ideally possess the following skills and qualities:
· Excellent customer handling skills
· Previous experience working in a similar position
· Previous experience of working with a main dealer Parts Department
· Good Communication skills
· The ability to work on your own initiative
· Good administration skills
· Proactive ability to follow up
