About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our busy dealership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department, ensuring all new and used vehicle administration is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous automotive sales administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Sales Administration

• Process new and used vehicle invoices, registrations, warranties and tax.
• Manage vehicle banking,
• Manage OZEV grant claims.
• Coordinate PDI, number plate preparation and fixed servicing intervals.

Used Vehicle Stock and Funding

• Manage vehicle funding, settlements, part-exchange payments and direct stock purchases.
• Ensure all funding and settlement documentation is accurate and complete.

Demonstrator Vehicle Administration

• Manage demonstrator taxation, insurance records and vehicle conversions.
• Process ex-demonstrator vehicle conversions and update associated records.

Accounts and Financial Administration

• Process Gemini payments, accruals, invoices and settlements within required timescales.
• Maintain accurate financial and vehicle records.
• Liaise with sales, accounts and external parties to resolve discrepancies.
