Sales Enquiry Specialist
Role overview
As a Sales Enquiry at Citygate Automotive, you will be at the forefront of our customer communication. This customer-focused role entails managing enquiries from our prospective clients over the phone and through our network of digital channels, providing them with comprehensive information about our products and services, and facilitating our sales process. An ideal candidate requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an extensive knowledge of our brands and offerings
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Enquiry Specialist will be:
- Respond to sales enquiries – Promptly and professionally handle all customer inquiries, both over the phone and online, answering their queries and giving them comprehensive information about our vehicles and services.
- Customer engagement – Build a rapport and establish a relationship with your clients, understand their needs and preferences, and ensure you tailor your responses effectively to secure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Qualification – Identify and qualify leads by gathering pertinent data, determining their purchasing intent, and evaluating their potential as a future Citygate client.
- Sales Support – Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule test drives, provide additional information as needed, and assist in converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Exceptional Customer Care – In line with our company values, ensure you provide the highest level of customer care and work individually, as well as collaboratively as a team to provide customers with a first-class experience.
- Accurate Documentation – Record and maintain customer details accurately on our system, making necessary amendments as required and obliging to our GDPR rules.
- Email Management – Handle all customer queries promptly and ensure all emails are responded to and actioned in accordance with the given timeframes.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks – Assist and complete admin duties to a high standard to help meet business needs.
