Role overview 

We are looking for a Showroom Host Manager to manage the daily activity of the showroom by providing a physical presence and by managing all customer interaction. To also assist the Head of Sales & Senior Showroom Manager in managing the sales environment, the people, and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.

Location

The role is at Volkswagen's European Flagship Dealership in West London Brentford, a state-of-the-art facility, with a 25-ramp workshop, its own multistory car park, and an indoor used car showroom. Whether it is grabbing a Camper Café Coffee or exploring our collection of special and unique classic Volkswagens, Citygate West London offers an experience for our customers and our staff that is unrivaled. Key responsibilities 

Your key responsibilities as a Showroom Host Manager will be:

• Representing the dealership
• Providing face to face contact for all visiting Service and Sales customers
• Following Service check in process for all visiting customers
• Following Service process for all vehicle handovers and payment transactions
• Ensuring the customer interactions meets the brands expectations
• Ensuring all waiting customers are attended to
• Ensuring all waiting facilities are keep clean and tidy
• Working closely with the car park team to ensure 1st level car park is clear, loan cars and customer collecting vehicles are lined up
• To support other functions as directed by ASM
• To ensure all enquires are handled to the highest standards on our systems each day by close of business.
• To manage the showroom host team of
• To have class leading vehicle displays and forecourt areas.
• To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives
