Role overview
We are looking for a Showroom Manager to manage the daily business of the showroom by providing a physical presence and by managing all customer interaction. To also assist the Head of Sales & Senior Showroom Manager in managing the sales environment, the people, and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Showroom Manager will be:
- To ensure all enquires are handled to the highest standards on our systems each day by close of business.
- To manage the sales team, to ensure they achieve volume and margin targets
- To have the very best vehicle displays and forecourt areas.
- To manage the sales process and have an integral part within that with the customers.
- To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives
- To ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice
About You
As a Showroom Manager you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Great computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
- High levels of commitment to providing the best customer care.
- A positive and friendly attitude in the work environment.
- A professional approach with the ability to mentor others
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
